Flavour Frenzy

Rasgulla is an Indian syrupy dessert popular in the Indian sub-continent, specially in West Bengal. It is made from ball-shaped dumplings of Chhena or Cottage Cheese dough, cooked in light syrup made of sugar. This is done until the syrup permeates the dumplings.

Balushahi is a traditional dessert originating from the Indian sub-continent. A popular sweet from the Indian subcontinent, balushahi is similar to a glazed doughnut in terms of ingredients, but differs in texture & taste. In South India, a similar pastry is known as Badushah .
